Our stock is limited as most of the items are in a limited edition. The delivery will be done the next day with Royal Mail Special Delivery Service if stock is available. Otherwise, please allow 21 days for delivery, as we are in direct contact with the designers, and can fulfill the order as soon as possible.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been approved, delivery/billing address verified, and stock allocated. An email receipt confirming your order, and estimated shipping date will be sent, please keep this for your records.

All items in basket will be shipped Special Delivery to a single mail address. A signature will be required for registered post so please select a delivery address where you can be sure that there will be someone to accept delivery. The shipping fee for UK is 6£, for Europe is 11€, and for the United-States and the rest of the world is 20$.

If you are not satisfied with your order, we do accept returns or exchanges for all items within 10 days of the shipping date. Please email us at returns@bijoublanche.com to arrange for a refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging, in saleable condition and accompanied by a sales receipt. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and full responsiblity of customer. Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.

This site is updated periodically, and pieces from current or past collections may no longer be on the site, but are often available, and can be ordered . Send an email or call us with the code and/or a brief description of the item you want to purchase.
